Step 1 – New Document

Open Photoshop and Create A new document with any size you want .

Step 2 – Brush Tool

Now Select The Brush Tool And Choose Other Brush That Can Draw Like A Splatter , I chosed Ink Splatter .

Step 3 – Start Drawing

Now Draw Some Paints With The Brush ...

Step 3 – Pattern Overlay

Now Make A Patter Overlay On The Layer Of The Paint And Change Blend Mode To Overlay .

Step 5 – Repeat And Done ... :D
