Step 1 – New Document

Open Photoshop and Create A New Document Or Just Open A Photo .

Step 2 – Place

Now Just Click File > Place And Choose The Photo That Will Be Placed .

Step 3 – Edit

Now You Can Edit The Place ,Size Or The Rotation Of The Placed Photo .

Step 5 – We Finished ... :D
